This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Scheduling Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in assisting the operations team in the delivery of reactive, planned, and void maintenance. Ensuring all activities and contracts are delivered professionally and on time, the co-ordinator will provide support within the Regional Service Centre and drive customer service excellence through liaison with our on-site teams.
Responsibilities
A new opportunity exists for a talented Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join our professional and expanding Regional Service Centre team. We are looking for an ambitious individual to be part of a dynamic team, focused on improving business operations and customer experience.
1. To provide day-to-day support and highlight the current work focuses, whilst providing front-line support.
2. Support the team in dealing with queries and escalated issues in accordance with established processes and a customer-focused approach.
3. Champion an environment of continuous improvement through embedding our culture, modeling our values, measuring performance, and coaching.
4. Deliver motivational performance activities to effectively manage the team to ensure they meet all assigned personal key performance indicators and personal development plans.
5. Ensure client-driven KPI’s are met through effective jeopardy management.
6. Work in a collaborative and supportive way with internal colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders as well as our client, to ensure the best possible experience is achieved for our families.
7. Carry out administration duties.
8. Support an innovative approach that focuses on the development of operational processes to enhance the service we offer, improve customer service, and improve the lived experience.
9. Undertake monthly 1-2-1’s/team meetings to update on performance and any training requirements.
You should have a proven record in administration of a planned and maintenance environment and be highly motivated with a passion to succeed. You should be able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated.
Experience
* Scheduling experience within a planned and maintenance environment.
* Experience looking after a small team.
* Awareness of safe working within a facilities management or building environment.
* Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages.
* Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
