This company are a niche steel frame construction company who offer a turnkey process, consistently creating high quality builds. They work on an array of interesting commercial projects, ranging in size, scale, and value, they have seen huge success with their work over the last few years, as a result building a great name for themselves in the industry. This has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, and strong order book, they are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team to progress through the ranks and gain expert training along the way.
In this role you will be based from the Cinderford office and will be split between the office and sites based throughout the UK. You will be their standalone Health and Safety Manager, implementing all health and safety procedures, ensuring everything is compliant with legislation. You will be responsible for producing specific RAMS for multiple construction sites, conducting all health and safety site inspections and audits. You will recommend solutions to issues and implement improvement strategies.
This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with a strong background in Health and Safety, within the construction industry. You will be someone who has proven experience in the field who is proficient in report writing and data analysis. You will be the main point of contact on site for all health and safety matters so will be a strong communicator and happy to deal with clients and other site team members.

7. Have previously worked in the construction industry
8. Experience working in a Health and Safety Manager role
9. Looking for progression
10. Strong communication and keen eye for detail
11. Full UK Drivers License
