Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Parkinson's Nurse Specialist to join our team. Main duties of the job Provide expert assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and treatment for patients with Parkinson's Disease in collaboration with the Nurse Specialist and multidisciplinary team. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of their condition. Support the ongoing development and training of multi-agency colleagues in the area of Parkinson's disease care to enhance the overall patient experience. Work towards meeting both National and Local Health Agenda targets in line with the Local Delivery Plan. Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of services, ensuring they are patient-focused and cost-effective. Foster strong, collaborative communication and relationships among all professionals involved in the care of patients with Parkinson's Disease.
