Accounts/Office Administrator Permanent Newry The Role: Our client based in Newry requires an Accounts/Office Administrator to join their company and become an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, a pro-active team player with can-do attitude, highly organised with attention to detail. Responsibilities: Preparing, processing and reviewing accounts payable and receivable, invoices and other financial records. Arranging payments in line with authorisation limits Prepare and send payment reminders. Process VAT returns, PAYE, online payments and preparing bank reconciliation for the purpose of payments. Be able to perform general office duties Essential requirements: GCSE English and Maths Grades A- C 3 years' experience working in a Finance/Office environment ACCA certified Experienced in Online payments/VAT returns Producing and delivering financial reports to a professional standard. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Strong IT skills and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and accounting system Hours of work: Mon to Fri (Fulltime hours) Salary: Attractive salary (depending on experience) Benefits: Attractive benefits package Why use Staffline?
