IT Support Team Lead - Ipswich

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Team Lead to join a leading business in the eastern region. You will oversee and support a busy IT helpdesk, leading by example, ensuring technical resolution of business-critical systems.
This role is based in Ipswich, Suffolk with some flexible working being offered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
2. Manage and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware - this should include Microsoft 365 and Azure.
3. Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
4. Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
5. Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
6. Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
7. Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.
Technical Experience:
1. Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
2. O365 Administration
3. Azure Administration
4. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
5. SQL Server Administration and Troubleshooting
6. Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting, including migrations
