The company have been established for over 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and, as a result of this, are looking to recruit a site assistant to join the team at Bristol & Atherstone. Our Depots are responsible for the movement of our fleet to and from our customers and for the collection and storage of the customers damaged vehicles. Responsibilities Liaise with customers as to ensure their expectations around deliveries and collections are fully met Ensuring suitable Driver cover for all hires and off hires, with an aim to respond to new hire instructions on the same day Complete all necessary system on-hire/ off-hire procedures Produce hire paperwork for deliveries and collections Scanning of Hire Paperwork & VCR’s Audit check driver VCR’s Arrange PMI and servicing of Transporter vehicles Liaise with H/O regarding assessor visits Meet with assessors on site and record their attendance on the system Photograph salvage vehicles within 24 hours of arrival at depot and upload to the system Liaise with H/O regarding salvage uplift Remove client items from salvage and record prior to return to client Vehicle Tracker installs/ de-installs and updating the system Cleaning and preparation of hire vehicles Arrange vehicles for servicing and repairs at dealers General office/ warehouse/yard housekeeping Ensuring vehicles are prepped for defleet Key Skills & Knowledge Highly organised Great communication skills both written and verbal The ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively to deadlines A can do attitude The ability to make fast, informed decisions The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues A working knowledge of Word/ Excel/ Outlook and basic IT skills Driving License What benefits are there?
