Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the commercial industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in recruitment. Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within the commercial industry.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources).
* At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the commercial industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
Salary and Benefits:
