Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their long-standing team and support the department’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, specialist team where no two enquiries are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers via email and telephone to respond to their enquiries.
Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner.
Liaise with third parties, both internally and externally.
Handle a full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, and updating the internal data management system.
Address customer queries and complaints in line with company procedures.
Support the transportation of goods and assist with related logistics. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.
Strong administration skills (experience in admin is advantageous, but not essential).
Experience within transport, logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
