Our client is seeking a confident and results-driven Temporary Telesales Executive to support their outbound sales efforts. Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Use marketing techniques and networking to attract potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers. Promote high-quality candidates across various industries. Work towards and achieve set targets, including calls, meetings and sales conversions. Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline development. Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close deals. Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements: Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
