The Role As we continue in a period of growth, we are looking for individuals to drive delivery working in partnership with our clients, within the adult social care industry. As a senior member in our business, you will be a committed team player with the leadership ability to support and develop our people, while also inspiring our clients. What will be expected of me as a Senior, Principal and Managing Consultants? You will be expected to complete the following tasks to various degrees, depending on your level of seniority: Key Responsibilities: Delivery Managing teams, workstreams and/ or smaller consulting engagements within adult social care, embracing digital and placing it at the heart of the transformation journey with clients. Managing the approach taken by the engagement teams to client workshops, meetings and presentations. Ensuring all deliverables produced meet or exceed client expectations. Relationships & Commercial Management Being a trusted advisor to clients and communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Developing and nurturing key client relationships. Managing stakeholder expectations proactively. Involved in managing commercials to maximise engagement profitability. Business Development Exploring new sales leads and existing account growth potential, then converting them into opportunities. Making significant contributions to new business proposals based on a thorough understanding of clients’ requirements. Using existing networks and new client bases to explore and create new opportunities. Quality Assurance and Practice Development Ensuring quality assurance processes within engagements/workstreams. Supporting practice improvement with creation of new methodologies in keeping with technological advances. Who would we like to hear from? We would like to hear from candidate(s) who have: Experience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care or local government Experience working within a management consultancy and/or project management environment. An interest and expertise in digital and technological innovation. Knowledge of structures and business processes in the NHS and/or local government sectors. Experience of working and influencing others on projects; building and managing relationships and helping others to deliver change. Experience of working with others to identify and define solutions to challenges. Experience of facilitating, developing or supporting workshops, meetings, and other similar activities in a physical and virtual environment. Experience in analysing and presenting data; and producing high quality documents and reports. Experience managing a team; having a passion for team wellbeing and development. Highly effective communication and influencing skills, to achieve desired outcomes.
