Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and informative Business Studies lessons to students
* Plan and prepare lesson materials in accordance with the curriculum
* Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Business Studies or a related field
* Experience in teaching Business Studies at the secondary level
* Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum
* Effective classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student needs
* Postgraduate qualification in Education (preferred)
* Experience using educational technology in the classroom (preferred)
The role involves working full-time hours in a school setting, following the academic calendar. The teacher may need to participate in extracurricular activities and attend parent-teacher meetings.
