Role Responsibility There is an exciting opportunity to join Kent County Council in the capacity of Graduate Digital Business Analyst and to be a part of the Digital Transformation team. You will be providing support to the Digital Business Analyst to undertake holistic discoveries on current business processes and information flows for complex projects, and independently on simpler ones. You will provide assistance in selecting and applying a range of Business Analyst methodologies and techniques to aid discovery projects and ensure consistent outputs while also identifying and managing stakeholders – including developing and maintaining appropriate stakeholder registers and communication plans to support specific discoveries and change initiatives. You will source, collate and analyse data to evidence current process and value in recommendations, and also contribute to the creation of Business Cases. Additionally, you will also conduct options appraisals to evidence recommendations. About You We welcome applications from candidates that have prior experience in data analysis as well as reviewing and presenting information, reports and recommendations to managers and colleagues. A proven track record of understanding business analysis techniques and appropriate data suites is also essential. You will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by great organisational and administrative skills. You should also be able to undertake technical research, analyse and interpret varied data and be able to build relationships within the team and work with enthusiasm. An understanding of Agile Project Management is also important. A willingness to work towards a Business Analyst apprenticeship is essential.
