Pay & Hours of Work
1. Monday to Friday – Day Shifts
2. £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities
1. B2B sales with lead generation experience, both face-to-face and over the telephone
2. Proactively manage a portfolio of customers
3. Conduct customer meetings both off and on site to showcase and sell our products
4. Represent the company at tradeshows throughout the year
5. Processing sales orders
6. Answering inbound calls and dealing with enquiries in the appropriate manner
7. Using an in-house database
8. Create and identify opportunities for new and existing customers
9. Working as part of a team and liaising with other areas of the organisation when necessary
10. Organise and plan your time to ensure all tasks are completed to meet the company's expectation
11. After sales support
12. Build strong relationships across our customer base to become an influential and trusted member of the account management team
13. Build relationship easily, be a real people person and an excellent communicator
Essential Skills
1. An energetic, enthusiastic individual, with the drive and passion to succeed
2. Be a real people person, who is an excellent communicator and has the ability to build positive relationships easily
3. Proven telesales experience
4. An excellent telephone communicator with a confident personal approach, and competitive driven approach to all they do
5. Proactive attitude, able to think on their feet, self-motivated with ability to work independently when needed
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Able to plan and organise own workload effectively
8. PC literate
