Base pay range
My client, a leading law firm based in Birmingham, is looking to hire a L&D Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Role Responsibilities
In this role you will:
* Support the design and delivery of live programmes and virtual instructor-led programmes.
* Be responsible for planning, organising logistics, updating materials and hosting the programmes.
* Take the lead on coordinating all aspects of the programme event logistics.
* Supervise the Learning and Development team, ensuring that all their coordination and administration tasks are completed.
* Create and update agendas, timetables, session planners and facilitation materials.
* Communicate effectively with participants and contributors (internal and external), including partner sponsors, other contributing partners and coaches.
* Source and book external event locations and service providers.
* Manage the budget for the programme.
* Gather, review, and evaluate the feedback received on the programme to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Minimum Requirements
To carry out this role you must have:
* Several years’ experience of working in a professional services environment in a Learning and Development role in the UK.
* Excellent project management skills.
* A clear understanding of the processes required to facilitate the delivery of a successful training programme, including budget management and implementation.
