We’re setting new standards for what exceptional service looks like in cosmetic dentistry, and that’s where our inside sales agents – a bespoke role in this industry – come in.
You’ll be front of house, the first person our clients meet when they enter our suite. The bridge between our dentists and the treatment. You’ll make sure treatment plans are moving forward, and look to sell further procedures and products. Your natural ability to build relationships with people from all backgrounds and cultures means you can put people at ease, make them feel special, and elevate their experience.
We don’t expect you to have extensive knowledge of the cosmetic dental industry – we’ll immerse you in our treatments, products and brand before you step into the role.
You’ll use that knowledge to recommend and sell products and treatments to our clients.

You’ll bring:
* Experience with in-person sales. Ideally selling high-ticket goods. A willingness to gain deep knowledge about cosmetic dentistry.
The confidence to build relationships and trust with people from all walks of life. An ability to make sales through suggestion and recommendation, rather than hard-selling. Incredible attention to detail in everything you do. From the way you present yourself, to recalling each client’s exact needs.
