We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an ASB Team Leader in Merseyside on behalf of a well-established housing association. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week and will mostly be office based, but will have flexibility to work from home.
Your new role
1. Line management of ASB Officers including performance & attendance management
2. Allocating cases to Officers, monitoring workloads and ensuring cases are dealt with effectively & efficiently
3. Supporting Officers with more complex & sensitive cases including gathering evidence and preparing documents including Notices
4. Auditing and reviewing cases, identifying any improvements and providing reports on KPIs
5. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, representing the group at meetings as required
6. Participating at multi-agency meetings and working groups
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong understanding of ASB policies, legislation and procedures as well as extensive ASB case management experience
2. Experience of preparing legal documents such as notices and other enforcement paperwork
3. Capacity to assess workloads, audit processes and implement solutions
4. Ability to allocate cases, monitor workloads and prioritise tasks
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders including tenants, legal professionals, partner agencies and colleagues
