As a Business Development Manager at Credas, you will work as part of a small and efficient team to establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones. You will be responsible for helping the team to achieve their targets through your proficiency in cold calling and active participation in legal events nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within law firms and legal organizations.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AML/IDV solutions and articulate how they address specific challenges faced by legal professionals.
* Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
* Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively in the legal sector.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of strategies and effective communication of product features and benefits.
* Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team as ensure that our CRM tool is kept up to date with your notes and activities.
* While our business regularly receives numerous incoming leads each month, it is part of your role to supplement this by making 30 cold calls per day.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with account management is desirable.
* Experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Identity Verification (IDV) solutions is desirable.
* Comfortable with technology and able to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our AML/IDV solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information.
* Strong, proactive problem-solving and complex analytical skills.
