12 Months. A Great Team. And a £1,000 Bonus at the End.
If you’ve recently been made redundant, finished an apprenticeship, or have started your career in purchasing and want to build on what you’ve learned, this could be the perfect next step as a Purchasing Administrator.
However, if you've used SAP in a Sales Admin department, this experience would also give you the tools needed to hit the ground running.
We didn’t expect this role to open up so soon, but with maternity leave around the corner, we need someone who can step in, get up to speed quickly, and keep things running smoothly.
What does your day as a Purchasing Administrator look like?
It’s fast-paced and admin-heavy, where you’ll be supporting the purchasing team, making sure everything runs as it should. It’s all about organisation, processes, and keeping things moving.
If you’re confident with:
* Admin: keeping things in order comes naturally to you.
* Excel: you’re comfortable working with spreadsheets.
* SAP: great if you’ve used it before, but not essential.
* Procurement or purchasing: if you’ve had some exposure and want to build on it, even better.
What’s in it for you?
* £25,500 salary plus a £1,000 bonus if you complete the full 12 months.
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, no evenings, no weekends.
* A team that will have your back, supportive, experienced, and easy to get along with.
Is this for you?
If you’re looking to gain more experience, develop your skills, and work with a knowledgeable team, this could be a great opportunity.
Send over your CV and let’s talk.
Marshall Harmony works exclusively with our clients, so you won’t be approached by third parties about this role.
