We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with many opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays ) What you’ll be doing : The purpose of this role is to build and manage the portfolio of STARK UK a strategic approach to campaigns through management of customer research and delivery of insight to drive customer engagement and sponsorships, hospitality framework and loyalty programme(s), to drive awareness, sales and enviable market share, so that the company achieves its ambition to be the UK’s leading builders’ merchant. This role encompasses the campaign/project work of UK stark brands. You will be required to: Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more. Help with keeping an ordered library of all assets created P roduce designs & concepts across both digital and print mediums, including social media, supporting the marketing team in the delivery of material where needed for campaigns to drive strong results Delivering the creative to meet the needs of the full Marketing and Comms plan Liaising with external agencies on creative projects Communicate with various departments to understand their graphic needs for various projects Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts for marketing and communications working across all the Stark brands which includes posters, POS for branches, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, and other graphics and artwork Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work Adheres to and represent s the brand guidelines for all brands Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Become a custodian of the STARK UK brands and their playbooks/guidelines to ensure that their use across the business protects and even strengthens/increases brand equity. W hat you’ll need to have: A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field along with a portfolio of work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.) Video editing and motion graphics abilities are desirable. Basic understanding of print and web design principles Open-minded and flexible team player Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to create original unique designs Ability to take direction and work independently Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Will need to be available for ad-hoc out-of-hours work.
