We are looking for a Bank Administrator to provide vital support to our mobilisation team by accurately inputting and managing data within clinical systems, setting up new users, booking appointments, and assisting with general administrative duties, contributing to the efficiency and success of HCRG Care Group's operations. The service this role is supporting is based in Surrey but we can support remote working for this role. The Ideal Candidate Familiarity with clinical systems is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Data Input Clerk, with a strong focus on accuracy and organisation. Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively GCSE English and Maths, Grade C and above, or equivalent qualification Experience within an administrative role or experience of working in a customer service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, to all levels both internally and externally Effectively prioritises and coordinates own work alongside work of others Standard keyboard skills Ability to use Microsoft Office packages Work flexibly as part of a proactive team Excellent time management skills Ability to use initiative without close supervision About The CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care.
