Job Description Job Title: Value Propositions & Content Manager Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh or Glasgow or Remote or Hybrid Job Summary: The Value Propositions & Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic content that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption for Resillion’s comprehensive suite of cutting-edge services and solutions. The content will be focused around key industry topics such as AI, Digital Transformation, Interoperability, Automation, Innovation, but also focused around our services that combine quality engineering, software testing, cyber security, conformance & interoperability and content quality. These services harness the combined power of human and artificial intelligence (AI) and are where we provide our expertise and know-how to ensure we provide the best possible advice and solutions across every single engagement – we call this Total Quality 360. This role requires a blend of IT service industry technical knowledge, value proposition messaging development and marketing story telling expertise to effectively communicate the value of our services to both technical and non-technical audiences across all industry sectors. Key for 2025 will be making our content more relevant to include within our ABM campaigns which we are starting to build out across our core industry sectors; Consumer Electronics, BFSI, Telco, Energy & Utilities and Media & Broadcast. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our service practice leads, our regional operations leads, industry sector business managers, sales teams and of course our senior leadership team to ensure alignment and drive market success through content and collateral. Key Responsibilities Practice value propositions and Messaging: Working with our technical service practice leads, develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Take ownership of the messaging and copy for our website, working closely with our digital marketing team to keep the website up to date. Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, presentations, and data sheets. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solution/service launches and feature updates. Collaborate with practice leads and sales teams to agree and produce the relevant external and internal collateral required. Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and videos, to support marketing campaigns. Manage and update content on the company’s website and other digital platforms. Leverage design and video content skills from within our central team, but work with agencies if and when required. Sales Enablement: Work with the Sales Operations team to deliver training materials and sales tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to sell effectively. Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and participating in customer presentations and demos. Campaign Development and Execution: Work with the ABM and Field Marketing colleagues to help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Market Research and Analysis: Work with our Insight & Research analyst to help identify proof points, trends, customer needs, as well as to understand the competitive landscape and create messaging. Analyse market data to develop insights and strategies for product positioning and differentiation.
