The Role: Daily online payment reconciliation Daily AMEX reconciliation Enter daily sales into Microsoft Dynamics Chargebacks – defending with WorldPay Support with resolving payment queries Monthly bank reconciliation Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support in raising Sales ledger invoices as required Reconciliation of nominal and sales ledger accounts Any other ad hoc tasks The Person: Previous experience of sales ledger or working in a Finance team Organised and methodical approach and able to meet strict deadlines Be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office or similar packages, in particular Excel Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment, ability to use initiative, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
