As an Urban Park Ranger - Field, you will be responsible for carrying out all manner of maintenance related activities within the city's Community Parks, including maintaining playgrounds and responding to requests for service from citizens who visit our parks.
* You will be a people person and able to relate at all levels of the community and within your team.
* You have an optimistic outlook, with the flexibility to be involved in activities across the unit to address demand in department or area workloads.
* You will be able to make decisions independently as well as understand when to seek advice and support.

Hours of work - Permanent Fulltime Position
Location - This position is primarily based at our Maintenance Department on Pages Road.
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $65,502 - $72,780 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
