What you will do Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as required. Assist in preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and organizing materials. Manage email correspondence and respond to messages on behalf of the executive. Act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. What you will need to succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other organizational tools. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
