Review work from trainees, resolving queries and ensuring compliance with standards. Handle tax computations for personal, corporation, and P11d taxes, assisting with specialized tax areas such as CGT and IHT. Team Development Provide feedback and on-the-job training to juniors. Allocate tasks effectively and support professional growth within the team. Specialized Medical Sector Support Gain exposure to unique aspects of the medical field, such as NHS pension calculations and PCN accounts preparation. Skills/experience required: 3 year's experience ideally at Semi Senior level or similar. Familiarity with the medical sector (NHS pension schemes, PCSE Online, GMS contracts) is a plus but not essential. Proficiency with Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage. A thorough understanding of AML regulations, GDPR, and other compliance standards. A client-focused mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
