Construction Manager Contract Plymouth Please note this role is for Night Shifts. 12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The role offers a shift allowance as this is a Night shift. Job Description/Purpose - Lead a multi-discipline team and coordinate with other functions to safely execute the site construction works. Has excellent awareness of CDM, construction and health and safety legislation. Ability to chair and control stakeholder and supplier meetings at a senior level. Communicates effectively with stakeholders including facility personnel, vendors and sub-contractors. Capable of assignment to lead large scale and/or multiple projects. Shows great awareness of procedural importance and can demonstrate a wider understanding of nuclear safety and the management of design intent. Able to integrate programs and delivery methods across the wider business. Essential Experience – 10 Years or more construction experience Experience as a Construction Manager OND, HND, Degree or equivalent, working for membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
