Business Admin Apprentice with Test Incorporated
What do you need to know about Test Inc.?
Test Inc. is the UK’s leading provider of electrical compliance and maintenance services, specialising in complex and critical environments. You will be joining a team of highly committed professionals, and as such the nature of this role requires an individual who will embrace our ethos and strengthen our team, supporting and contributing directly to our strategic sales initiatives.
So, what will your day to day look like?
You will be part of the sales team as a Business Administrator and play a vital role in the success of the team. You will be working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification and attend 1-2-1 meetings via teams every month to discuss your progress with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will have a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your role. All apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours.
Daily tasks include:
1. Lead generation, prospect research & pipeline management.
2. Appointment setting, collaborating with the team & participation in training sessions.
3. Delivering sales presentations & assisting with development & execution of sales strategies.

What skills/qualifications or personalities would be suited to this role?
1. You must have a minimum of English/Maths GCSE 4/C to apply for this role and you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.

4. Organisational and time management skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
