An exciting opportunity awaits to join our Administration Team as a Finance Administrator! In this role, you'll collaborate with the team and work independently to deliver top-notch service to all customers.
Your responsibilities will include validating invoices, inputting data, updating spreadsheets, completing monthly audits, and quality checking service care. Additionally, you'll liaise between service providers and users, ensuring excellence in customer service. This versatile position offers a chance to make a significant impact while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Every day you will...
* Conduct monthly audits to verify current service users and quality check care with service users and their families.
* Address invoice queries via phone and email, updating and uploading invoices to our systems.
* Assist Senior management in delivering the assigned contract while maintaining KPIs within SLA.
* Collect monthly figures from clients for accurate billing.
* Efficiently process Secondary Supply invoices and resolve related queries.
* Maintain accurate financial records through proper filing and data entry.
* Promptly respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.

To thrive in the role of a Finance Administrator, you must have:
* Previous administration experience with a high attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
