About the Role
As the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive customer loyalty and elevate the in-store experience. Working closely with the retail and marketing teams, you will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, increasing retention, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach to customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
