Job Title: Legal Support Assistant (Residential Conveyancing)
Location: Solihull
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to our Solicitors, ensuring they can operate efficiently
* Prepare correspondence using our case management system
* Handle client enquiries both by telephone and in person
* Administer filing systems, including daily filing, as well as the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
* Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
* Manage and coordinate diaries
* Organise the scanning and photocopying of documents
* Audio-type from dictation
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
* Deal with routine client correspondence and queries
About the Person:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
* Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
* Demonstrate initiative, with the ability to carry out searches and ID checks
* High levels of speed and accuracy in all tasks
* Excellent audio typing skills from dictation
* A professional and friendly telephone manner, with confidence in dealing with clients both over the phone and in person
* Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
