JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to its team.
Responsibilities include:
* Work with the Head of HR to drive the alignment of the People Strategies
* Managing ER cases
* Work with the Head of HR to develop HR policies
* Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
* Actively work with Leaders in creating and/or updating job descriptions
* Facilitate recruitment activity
* Ensure all new employees have a robust onboarding programme
* Mentor and coach the HR and Payroll Administrator
* Support the Head of HR with any ad-hoc requests
Skills & experience required:
* Full CIPD Qualification
* Minimum 2-3 years generalist HR experience gained in a medium-sized SME organisation
* Competent in the advice and application of current employment law
* Experience of modern Recruitment Practices, Training, Learning & Development
