Staff Software Engineer
As the Staff Software Engineer, you will be developing a new MS Dynamics solution. You will be key to delivering the solution through multiple phases of product development and will be influential in the architecture, implementation, and future direction of the product. You will provide expert advice, guidance, and support through the project lifecycle: requirements gathering with Product colleagues, hands-on development in partnership with a development group, implementation of the solution with our customers, and ongoing support and iterative development phases.
Our architects are not the ivory tower, top-down sort. They are product builders and problem-solvers who work with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, and customer representatives to understand what is holding the product back and to envision the product’s future. This is an IC role in an area of the company with strategic and tactical importance. Remote – UK based.

4. Provide review and technical sign-off on architectural proposals put forward by the Dynamics development team.
5. Get involved in the IC role as necessary: system configuration and coding.
6. Use your natural curiosity to stay up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and suggest evolutions of our products and practices.
7. Use your excellent communication skills to represent the Dynamics solution architecture to internal and external stakeholders.
Basic qualifications
