We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Visitors Center Tour Guide position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!
* SCHEDULE: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-5:00pm (Thursday and Friday rotation schedule)
* PAY: $14.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assures the highest level of guest satisfaction by connecting with guests to provide a memorable experience.
* Speaks with guests concerning the processes, facts and history of Herr’s manufacturing and headquarters during a 1-hour long tour.
* Points out features of interest and gives other fun information regarding snack food and the Herr’s company.
* Assumes responsibility for safety of group.
* Works in the Visitor Center gift shop: stocking, tagging, running a register, and answering customer calls.
* Filling and packing gift items for customers.
* Unload deliveries to the Visitor Center including snack products and cleaning products.
* Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all work areas including the tour route, gift shop, and restrooms.
* Assist with fulfillment of online orders for shipment at our auxiliary warehouse when needed.
* Must attend all staff meetings.
* Must be able to work under stress and maintain a tight tour schedule.
* Must be able to respond to guest’s questions with patience, confidence, and accuracy. You are responsible for learning more about the company at all times to better answer these questions.

* Must be at least 18 years of age by start date.
