About the Role:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Lead to take ownership of their advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time project delivery.
* Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Work closely with engineering and design teams to enhance manufacturability and introduce cutting-edge process improvements.
* Analyse production data and KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic solutions.
* Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring seamless material availability and workflow continuity.
* Troubleshoot production challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in high-tech construction, precision engineering, or advanced fabrication.
* Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
* Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting.
* Strong understanding of automation, CNC machinery, or advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus.
* Track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining best practices.
