As a McGee’s Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, driving financial performance by managing sales and meeting targets while delivering excellent customer service. Leading by example, you will inspire, coach, and support your team to achieve company goals. Salary up to £30K Take ownership of the shop by managing day-to-day operations, knowing McGee’s products in depth, and maintaining inspiring displays to keep the store at its best. Drive customer engagement by ensuring every interaction is positive, strengthening customer loyalty for the business. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with legislation. Motivate the team to achieve weekly KPIs and company targets. Collaborate with the Regional Manager on store performance, objective setting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster positive working relationships by treating team members, colleagues, and managers with respect, dignity, and consideration.
