We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the motor trade industry. Objectives: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where you will work closely with other Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and the Service Manager. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service and that their vehicle needs are addressed efficiently. As part of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our service department and help maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: As a Motor Trade Service Advisor, your main duties will include: Greeting customers and ensuring a welcoming environment in the service department. Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues. Providing recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections. Upselling additional services or products that may benefit the customer. Scheduling appointments for vehicle repairs or maintenance. Communicating with Vehicle Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keeping customers informed of their vehicle's status throughout the repair process. Handling payment transactions and maintaining accurate records of all payments. Providing prompt and professional responses to customer questions and concerns. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1year of experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade, preferably in a main dealer environment. Experience with Kerridge is preffered Strong upselling and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points). A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate well with others. Benefits: We offer a competitive starting salary of £26,000 with an OTE of up to £31,000, This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a team rota.
