* Base rate $35 - $47 per hour

About the Role

Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the well-being, care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's Values.
You will play a crucial role leading a team to maximise positive resident outcomes.
Your primary functions will be:
* Clinical Care: Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
* Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
* Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
* Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
* End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Skills & Experience
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
