Salary: £24,027 - £24,404 FTE (£6,762 - £6,868 pro rata)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Learning Assistant who:
* Has experience delivering support to pupils of all age groups, with a focus on foundation stage.
* Has an appropriate Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Is passionate about the profession and can demonstrate high expectations through quality teaching and learning.
* Will ensure exciting and memorable learning experiences for our children with a proven track record of excellent practice.
* Has excellent interpersonal skills and works exceptionally well in a team.
* Can nurture positive and caring relationships with children and positive relationships with parents.
About us:
Our academy is much larger than the average academy with four classes per year group, bringing great opportunities for teamwork and collaboration. Our academy consists of Studfall Infants and Studfall Junior, covering years from EYFS through to year 6.
We chose to become part of Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) in 2018 and joined as a good school. We have a designated special provision, which reinforces our inclusive ethos and enables staff to gain wonderful experiences of working with children with SEND and gaining invaluable skills. The academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT). We also have very close and vibrant relationships with Studfall Infants Academy - with a shared Academy Council and joint staff training. All GAT academies work collaboratively to share best practice and are supported by the expertise within the Central Team to enable them to focus on teaching and learning.
