Join Our Team as a Station Fleet Agent – Support Fleet Operations and Deliver Exceptional Service!
Are you detail-oriented and eager to work in a dynamic fleet management environment? We are seeking a motivated Station Fleet Agent to assist in the daily management of our vehicle fleet, supporting the Station Fleet Manager in ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
As a Station Fleet Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and available for customer rentals. You’ll play a key role in inspecting vehicles, coordinating repairs, and supporting smooth fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the daily inspection, servicing, and cleaning of the vehicle fleet to ensure they are ready for rent.
2. Ensure vehicles are road-legal and comply with the company’s operational and safety standards.
3. Identify and report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues, coordinating with the fleet team to resolve them promptly.
4. Support the Station Fleet Manager in reviewing vehicle inventory, managing paperwork, and ensuring accurate fleet records.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely repairs, servicing, and vehicle returns.
6. Help manage daily fleet logistics, including reservations, returns, and vehicle movements.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining vehicle availability and supporting an efficient delivery and collection process.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational checklists.
3. Good communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external vendors.
4. A proactive approach to identifying issues and working as part of a team to solve them.
5. Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow company driving standards.
