About this Role:
As a Property Manager within the Inspired Property Management brand, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of properties in and around the Leeds area.
You will be responsible for coordinating all resources to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of these properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and that tenants receive excellent service.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to work closely with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage a portfolio of properties in the Leeds area, including routine maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
* To coordinate all resources necessary to maintain the properties, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* To develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, reduce costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications.
* To provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
* Good knowledge of property management software and systems, including accounting and maintenance scheduling tools.
* Ability to travel to our office in Doncaster once or twice a week, as required.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
