Job Title: Graduate Aspiring Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.90 - £14.62 Per hour Job Duties: Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons Support classroom management and student behaviour Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring Assess student progress and provide feedback Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid DBS clearance (able to apply during vetting process) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience in a classroom setting or working with children is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar.
