Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk - £30.000 - £40.000 - 2-month contract - Chessington - 3 days from home I am currently recruiting for a leading business who require a Purchase Ledger Accountant to cover for a busy period. Key duties: Accurately manage a robust purchase order process: Receive and match supplier invoices against approved purchase orders. Upload and store matched supplier invoices into the accounting system ready for payment. Ensure appropriate document referencing and storage. Initiate payment requests in line with agreed payment terms. Post appropriate accounting journals. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve issues. Manage intercompany transactions and reporting. Complete month end activities accurately and timely. Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers. Ad-hoc duties required by the business.
