Duties:
* Update tracker from company database and populate fields (e.g. cost, Batch codes)Starting Customer complaint investigation forms and send out to relevant personChase departments on open any Investigations
* Take sufficient minutes of 2 short daily H&S morning meetings. Important but fairly informal.
* Take minutes of SHEQ annual meeting.
* Employees from each department (approx. 6) - noting minutes and filing these.Assist with audits in terms of getting documents ready.
* Carrying out the administration i.e. recording for ToolBox Talks which involves the following:
Update ToolBox Talk register Gather missing Toolbox Talks information from recipients.Print and distribute where requiredFiling / checking
Distribution of Safety Alerts (emailing and placing around site)
1. Update Site Compliance Register (Monthly)Update the question banks and upload onto system.
2. Ensure Noticeboards are regularly updated across the site.
3. Update TV Slides again situated across the site; this is a desk top digital activity.
4. Email correspondence with Contractors.
5. Administration of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health. This information needs to be carefully filed so it can be retrieved with ease.
