Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Intern to join our team. You will assist in the management of reservations, ensure accuracy in booking details, and provide excellent customer service to our guests. This internship offers hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, with opportunities to learn about various aspects of reservations management.

What you will be doing:
* Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
* Assist in processing reservations requests via phone, email, and online booking systems.
* Maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all data is entered correctly in the system.
* Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide information about availability, pricing, and services.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all reservations.
* Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the reservation process.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer service experience is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
