About The Role Practice Plus Group are seeking a Patient Experience Administrator for the IUC to administer for the 111, Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Service for South West London ICB. Investigate and respond to all complaints, compliments, healthcare professional feedback (HPF), incidents and concerns that are received for the region using the dedicated software, Datix. As a Quality and Patient Experience Administrator you'll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your administration skills and passion for care. You will also act as a central point of contact, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of progress and any delays in response. Other duties included will be to carry out the investigation of complaints/service HPF's/incidents including retrieval of voice recordings/requesting audits etc, within the designated timescales and ensure that Datix is kept up to date, and to liaise with the relevant managers to ensure that tasks and actions are managed and resolved in a timely manner. To process any Subject Access Request received, following the correct process. Assist with Patient Survey texts and reporting. This is a 6 month secondment commencing 1st April 2025, working Monday to Friday Full-Time hours; 37.5 hours a week from our London site. Occasional travel may be required for meetings. The salary is £27,222.00 per annum pro rata. What you'll be doing The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and understanding of the NHS 111 service and pathways and can be compassionate and able to interact with patients and healthcare professionals, whilst working effectively and accurately. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work load and handle difficult situations in a calm, effective and professional manner.
