Our client, an FMCG brand who is rapidly expanding across Europe, they are looking for an experienced Business Development/Key Account Manager to join their growing team. Working within a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across designated markets, building strategic relationships, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has an in-depth knowledge of FMCG markets in Germany and/or Poland with a passion for the food industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and increase market share.
2. Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
3. Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals focused on these markets.
