Are you a friendly and professional person available for temporary Reception cover?
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join a fantastic company for 3 months based in central Crawley.
This role will involve:
1. Managing the reception area
2. Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
3. Operating the reception switchboard, dealing with all customer enquiries or connecting them through to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
4. Booking meeting rooms and other general administration tasks
5. Handling all internal enquiries/requests sent to the group email inbox or via telephone in a timely manner
6. Raising purchase orders, requests for taxis, and general filing duties.
7. Sorting and distributing incoming post
8. Other general administrative duties as required from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous Front of House or Administrative experience is required to hit the ground running for this role, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and work in a proactive manner.
