Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week - This is a maternity cover contract, however, there will be a possibility this could extend or be offered as a permanent position.
Salary: £27,360.00 per year
Location: Shepperton Branch
As our New Client Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the journey from enquiry to contract signing. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless, caring, and professional experience for every client. You will:
* Respond promptly to all care enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Conduct thorough client assessments in their homes or hospital settings.
* Work closely with the recruitment and scheduling team to ensure care needs are met.
* Manage and track sales enquiries, ensuring every lead is followed up effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with UK care regulations.
* Provide out-of-hours support as required.
About You: We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced within Care - Minimum of 1 year care industry experience required
* A driver with a full UK licence
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Confident using IT systems such as Outlook and CRM platforms.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients.
