Location: London
Salary: £39,800 - £49,800 depending on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

Main Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Live Events and Event Producer - Operations and Technical Production on the planning and execution of Across the UK Prom residencies and events.
* Devise, monitor and manage the timeline for each event.
* Work closely with each venue on all elements of logistical planning.
* Brief and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including artists, venue, and broadcast personnel.
* Produce event paperwork to a high standard e.g. running orders, event manual, concert summaries, stage layouts & rehearsal schedules.
* Ensure travel and accommodation arrangements are made for artists and production teams.
* Brief staff on set-up and events.
* Work closely with the Head of Live Events on budgetary matters and venue agreements.
* Ensure events comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation/procedures.
* Work with colleagues in the Business team on contracting and complimentary ticket allocations.
* Work closely with the Marcomms teams to ensure event branding and publicity run smoothly.
* Act as concert manager for events where needed.
* Support the delivery of accessibility requirements, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion within the live events environment.
Are you the right candidate?
* Extensive knowledge and experience of producing and managing classical and contemporary live events or festivals.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of the classical music industry.
* Good knowledge of Radio 3 & TV Music production.
* Ability to problem solve and manage event timelines within budget constraints.
* Experience of successfully leading event teams.
* Skilled communicator able to motivate and foster collaboration in a diverse team.
* Good experience of forecasting and managing budgets.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and child protection matters.
You will be required to work long hours and some weekends on events across the year.
