Working for the UK's biggest Defence company you will be an integral part of their Time and Attendance Team!
6 Months
Preston – onsite 3 to 4 days per week
Hourly Rate: £14.23 or £18.50 Umbrella inside ir35
Overview
We are looking for individuals with a continuous improvement mind-set, who are effective communicators and actively take initiative and ownership of their own workload. You will be able to communicate in an articulate, concise and informative manner
Skills
Use of bespoke IT took and Systems – ServiceNow is desirable
Knowledge of Workforce or another - Time and attendance Systems are desirable
Excellent Time management skills
Work effectively as an individual and as a team
The Job
Proactively seeking resolutions to queries in order to exceed employees' expectations and to provide confidence in our service
Ability to manage volumes whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of work
Managing your own workload to ensure personal and team targets are met in line with SLA
Assisting in the review, development and implementation of working procedures including updating internal work instructions to a high standard
